WATCH Bldg. Sold at Foreclosure Auction

 

With a bid of $955K, local developer Joe Santo bought the property at 517 Moody Street, outbidding the City of Waltham. The president of WATCH’s board said the affordable housing non-profit has struggled in recent years. The future of the tenants, including seven units of affordable housing, is unclear.
